Here at MOMS I GOT YOU-TH TRANSPORTATION LLC (MIGYT) we respect our clients and their privacy and understand that you the client trust us with your sensitive personal information that is need for service. MIGYT only use information provided for records such as service and emergency. MIGYT is NOT AUTHORIZED TO SHARE any information such as Payments, Names, Numbers, emails and/or any information that is provided to MIGYT by the client for service with no one, unless of emergency on which the needed information will be shared with the Authorities or special requests made by authorized client only. MIGYT understands HIPPA LAW and that sharing unauthorized information will cause Legal action by the Client towards MIGYT if information is mishandled. MIGYT is not responsible for any non-preventable Incidents/ Accidents that may occur during transportation. In case of an emergency MIGYT protocol is to call Authorities (if needed), Parents and or Emergency Contact. MIGYT will not release passengers prior to authority arrival due to protection for the young passengers. If parents choose to follow up afterwards on their own, please feel free to do so.

MIGYT is not responsible for any Cyber hacks that is out of the hands of MIGYT that may occur on the internet. We will notify all families if any threats surface. MIGYT take pride transporting your Children and is happy to be apart of your families and do what we can to provide the most safest service possible.
